-
Split up meal prep so you get to learn.
-
Hike Cow Creek trail for some energizing carbon:oxygen exchange.
-
Forage in the orchard and woods for spring cleaning herbs–Dandelion, Cleavers, and Nettles. Learn the medicinal properties and how to easily prepare these.
-
Practice—
* yoga asana and breathing techniques for cleansing.
* inner-dialogue brain-dump journaling.
* meditation techniques for regulating the mind.
-
Enjoy a full 90-minute guided round of cleansing and relaxing sauna.
Go home feeling totally cleaned out, refreshed, and energized with some practical strategies and tips you can keep using.
