$300
Includes lodging, meals, garden produce, orchard fruit, and honey for canning

The garden is in full production and there are autumn fruits ripened in the orchard. Join Darcy in her outdoor canning kitchen to learn water bath and pressure canning, pickling and jamming. We’ll use harvests from the Haven’s organic garden.

EACH GUEST NEEDS TO BRING: 8 quart jars, 12 pint jars, and 12 jelly jars for canning and preserving. If you are traveling and prefer to purchase your jars locally, we will do that for you and have them available at the Haven.
