NOVEMBER 8, 9, 10
$300 INCLUDES LODGING & MEALS
Presented by
Herbalist Darcy Williamson &
Whole Health Educator Renee Silvus
Approximately 41 percent of Americans will be diagnosed with cancer during their lifetime. This hands-on weekend offers information on alternatives to conventional cancer protocols. Information presented will not only be helpful to those diagnosed with cancer, but will be beneficial for care-givers and loved ones.
Darcy will offer classes on: Why is America’s cancer rate so high? Steps to take to reduce the risk, Herbal protocols for tumor reduction, Empowerment~ turning your back on fear, and Care giving.
If weather permits, there will be an afternoon outing to identify and gather medicinal mushrooms used in many cancer protocols. Students will also learn the hydrosoling process for extracting the active constituents from polypore mushrooms.
Throughout the weekend Renee will facilitate Circles and gentle yoga & chi gong. This includes a restorative yoga nidra, or rest, session Friday night and morning movement practices. An essential part of natural healing is moving chi, or life force, in the body. Each participant will also receive an individual, focused Circle.
Renee will also conduct the evening Sauna sessions Friday and Saturday nights, teaching how to obtain the most benefits from this ancient cleansing ritual.
Our meals will feature foods that help slow tumor growth and boost the body’s natural defenses. Participants are encouraged to help prepare these meals, which are quick to assemble, nutritious and tasty. Recipe booklets covering our special meals will be provided for each student.
SESSIONS BEGIN AT 10:00 FRIDAY MORNING AND CLOSE AT 4:00 P.M. SUNDAY AFTERNOON.
Full itinerary will be sent with reservation confirmation.
