Experience transformative healing and a deeper connection to self through somatic breathwork, gentle movement, and the space between. Savor this supportive space for you to practice these techniques for your own personal growth and healing. Enjoy the magic of Mavens’ Haven and fill your cup from your own wellspring of rest and peace. Leave with a bevy of new tools to stay grounded and light in your daily life.

Available for many experience levels. Note that Mavens’ Haven is a rustic space with uneven terrain, modest facilities, and occasional road noise. Please discuss dietary concerns with organizers prior to reserving your spot. Not all dietary requests can be accommodated. Bugs, weather, and comfort level will determine the frequency of our outdoor experiences. Dress for the weather! Bring a yoga mat and meditation cushions if available.
