Come learn how to ethnically harvest and make your own tinctures, syrups, tea, and salves. Class includes all materials plus lunch and a handout covering how to prepare and use the medicinal plants harvested. Additionally, students will have learned the basic understanding of making tinctures, salves, syrups, and teas with plants found in almost any environment.

Itinerary:
Please note that we start at 9:00 am MOUNTAIN TIME.

We want to get an early start, so come prepared to harvest common wild medicinal plants within the area, leaving no later than 9:30 Mountain Standard Time. The plant materials will be harvested offsite as well as onsite during the morning hours. A self-serve lunch will be set out around noon. If you have any specific dietary requirements, please bring what you need to provide your meal.

After lunch the group will make the products from harvested plants, finishing around 5:00pm.

Spend Friday and/or Saturday night at Mavens Haven for a reduced rate of $70 per accommodation. Read more here.
