We are all living stories. Many of them are not ours. This relaxing weekend combines meditation, writing exercises and conversations to discover the stories we are living that are not ours and are not serving us. Discover where they came from – bless their origins and let them go.
Once we learn how to let them go we then create a blueprint and action plan to move back into our lives living OUR story!
