As we find the year winding down, this retreat invites us in to explore our inner landscape. What is your body yearning for, and how can we best steward our temple? This retreat includes lots of time outside connecting in nature and to our bodies and to presence.
Tanya specializes in guiding people into deeper healing and acceptance through practices that cultivate greater awareness. Each day we will move with breathwork yoga, and let go of ways that are keeping us stuck and away from greater peace and fulfillment. We will get more clear with guidance from within and from nature, and share with one another in this heartfelt community that we will cultivate and nourish.
Each participant is asked to help co-create at least one of these delicious meals, to gain more skills for body appreciation and love. Get ready to BE, come into stillness and dive deeply into your great inner wisdom that you already hold.
Please arrive Thursday between 4:30 pm to 5:30 pm to settle in. We will have our first circle and dinner at 6 pm. Plan to stay through lunch on Sunday and we’ll depart at 1 pm.
Tanya Augusta is an Abundance Creator, Chinese Medicine & Nutrition Coach and Breathwork Yoga teacher in Boise, Idaho. Tanya helps people who are stuck in emotional and physical pain let go of these patterns so they can step into their abundance, purpose and authentic truth to live their mission. She is passionate that nature heals us, leading people to whole foods and natural approaches, and that we are here to create the lives we wish to live! When not serving her clients, she loves to hike, write, create, be and play in community, garden, read, play guitar and sing, and play with her 2 darling cats.
