Meditation options include Rest and Restore Yoga Nidra, garden foraging, walking the labyrinth, Cow Creek Bridge, the swimming hole, the River itself, and more.

IMG_1822Arrive at Mavens’ Haven Friday between 3 and 4pm MST to get settled.  Retreat begins promptly at 5pm and finishes Sunday at 4pm.  $295 fee includes all meals and lodging from Friday dinner through Sunday lunch.

Please bring a journal or notebook, daypack, water bottle, optional bathing suit for swimming, and sturdy outdoor clothing suitable for the garden and variable canyon weather.

head shot smallRenée Silvus taught high school English for fifteen years and has offered healing bodywork and massage in McCall since 2005.  She recently completed a Whole Health Educator™ and Coaching program with the National Institute of Whole Health along with facilitator training from Authentic World San Francisco and the Integral Center Boulder.  She has created Holistic Health & Healing to offer coaching, health education, community-building games, courses and presentations, and retreats.

More than an acupuncturist, Rachel Smith is a sage, scholar, and visionary.  She obtained her diploma from the International Institute of Chinese Medicine in Santa Fe, and that just wasn’t enough–she is a true student of healing.  She continually pursues more knowledge on topics as varied as Traditional Chinese Medicine, meditation, chi gong, aromatherapy, and emotional anatomy.  She demands honesty, inspires curiosity, and usually reveals something you’re not expecting. “If we can connect to ourselves through our hearts, we won’t have any problems.”

GE DIGITAL CAMERAJacquie Cochran has been a healer since an early age.  She is a Reiki Master, Intuitive Energy Worker, and has completed Conscious Touch Level III.  Her previous adventures as an EMT have prepared her well for helping people with a range of needs.  Jacquie’s work is like a monochromatic weaving–helping each person she encounters to realize more fullness.  She currently studies closely with enlightened teacher Elle Collier Re.  Jacquie humbly submits her works as a Messenger and Conduit of GodLight with passion and joy.
