In this weekend, we will explore your personal universe of body, mind, spirit, and shadow with Integral Life Practices. Many of these are simple and important regular activities~ singing, martial arts, journaling, goal setting, volunteer work, gratitude practices…. Others may be new or need a review~ breath work, meditation, brain entrainment, ethical inquiry, bi-lateral stimulation….
By consciously creating a personal matrix of practices, we may access self-awareness, insight, vision, and healing.
You bring the curiosity. I’ll bring the commitment.
The Haven’s abundant harvests and Darcy’s experienced guidance will provide nourishing meals.
Each participant will receive private coaching sessions prior to and after the weekend.
A sample list of Life Practices is below.

Facilitator:
Renée Silvus grew up with her feet in the grass and her hands on a book. Gravitating to the likes of Whitman and Thoreau was inevitable. She brought it to teenagers for fifteen years, creating accessible and creative curriculum in literature and writing. For fun, she completed therapist training at the Shiatsu Massage School of California, and not so fun, edited Dr. DoAnn T. Kaneko’s Shiatsu Amna Therapy Handbook. Landing in Idaho in 2004 provided a transition out of teaching into bodywork therapy. She has built a thriving practice in McCall, supported by her herbal apprenticeship with Darcy Williamson. To more fully inform her ongoing health consultations with clients, she completed a Whole Health Educator™ and Coaching program with the National Institute of Whole Health. Simultaneously she completed facilitator training from Authentic World San Francisco and the Integral Center Boulder. She has created Holistic Health & Healing to offer coaching, health education, community-building games, courses and presentations, and retreats.
